1) You will work with a diligent and experienced technology and marketing consultant who wants to learn about your business and help your business grow and succeed for many years to come.

2) We will not sell you products. However, we will work as your advocate to obtain the best pricing for products, such as servers, desktops, laptops, wireless access points, switches, etc.

3) You will see our faces. We do not take the managed services/help desk approach that you are forced to call into a ‘support center’ to get help with your problem and then wait until a technician answers or calls you back.  We take the approach of working as an advocate and being apart of your team. We want to celebrate your successes with you, and we can’t do that if we are trying to ‘nickel and dime’ you for everything.

4) You will receive services that are based on honesty!  We want to help you succeed and grow your business; this can’t be done if we have other plans in mind.  This honesty includes not charging you for travel times and minimum fees: your invoice will only reflect charges for the work performed.

5) Most importantly, I am just like you, a small business owner! We have the same goals in mind with succeeding in our business and that can’t be done without working together as a team!
